GLUTEN FREE HOME MADE BREAD-
MADE IN A BREADMAKER.

  this was amazing! so soft , moist and bread like. i love this!
rice bread







ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1/3 cup milk or ( whole coconut milk, i used Thai kitchen coconut milk unsweetened from the can.
2 eggs warmed (i put them in a cup of hot water.
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
4 TB oil coconut oil
2 TB sugar (i used raw honey )
1 tsp salt
2 & 1/4 cups of rice flour
3 tsp of ground flax seed with 3 tbs of coconut flour
2 tsp quick rise yeast

how to make:
important that you place all of the ingredients in the breadmaker in the exact order that is listed up above. Then when you put in the flour, try to spread it around so that it covers all of the liquids underneath.
**Extra tip!**  if you do not have a gluten free bread setting on your machine, set your breadmaker on rapid cycle or quick cycle since it will not need a second rise also rice bread will take less time to bake.
if you have a small or only one mixing paddle in your breadmaker make sure when it's in the mixing cycle scrape the sides down with a rubber spatula so it will be evenly mixed.
